Refund Policy

Short version: Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. If you have a genuine technical issue we cannot resolve, we'll make it right. Email support@vantixvault.com within 7 days of purchase.
1. Digital Product Policy
All products sold on Vantix Vault are digital downloads. Because digital products can be accessed and copied instantly, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. This is standard practice for digital goods across the industry.
We clearly describe every product — including what it contains, what it requires, and what it does — before you buy. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
2. When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following situations:
- The product file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement
- The product was significantly and materially different from its description
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge)
- A technical error on our end prevented you from accessing your purchase
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to be eligible.
3. When We Do Not Issue Refunds
We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after downloading the product
- Incompatibility with software you did not check before purchasing (e.g. not having Google Sheets)
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
- Products that have already been fully downloaded and accessed
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@vantixvault.com with:
- Your order number or the email used at checkout
- The product name
- A clear description of the issue
We will respond within 24 hours. If your request is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks filed after accessing a digital product are a form of theft. We maintain complete records of all downloads and will contest fraudulent chargebacks with full documentation.
