1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from vantixvault.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Vantix Digital LLC ("we", "us"), a Wyoming LLC located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

2. Products and Licenses

All products sold on Vantix Vault are digital goods. Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or internal business purposes.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or share our products with third parties
• You may not claim our products as your own or remove attribution
• You may not use our products to create derivative works for resale
• License is granted to the purchasing individual or entity only

3. Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. We do not store your payment card information.

4. Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately upon confirmed payment via download link or email. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct at checkout. We log all download activity as proof of delivery.

5. Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. Exceptions are made at our discretion for valid technical issues.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our site or products to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit malicious code or spam
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantix Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

10. Chargebacks

Filing a fraudulent chargeback after downloading a product constitutes theft. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of fraudulent chargeback amounts and to report fraud to relevant authorities. We maintain records of all downloads as evidence.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
